Ordered a toolkit for home but product does not get how i have expected. Order sent for exchange, courier man received order. While sending exchange request accidentally two more requests are sent by me order exchange done on 13th january2023.I have cancelled other requests which are done accidentally. i have received order on 11th january2023. i have contacted help center they replied me it will take 5 days to 1 week we are tracking to the product , i have been waiting did not get exchanged order .help centers are not responding they are holding my call. I have raised a complaint about the product and company sent me a
consists of complaint information on 19th january 2023. still i am not getting responds through help centers holding my calls for hours of time, and not replying . I need my order
exchange details or refund about product.
i am also a victim of Meesho refund scam. every third person i know had a similar or worse experience with Meesho regarding the refund. and their customer care is so pathetic they will outrightly deny your chances of getting a refund because you did’nt the right option when opting for refund and now your time to complaint is over as the return/refund period has lapsed. they also have the audacity to deny that they have not received any call from you before this they have a magical call log, which shows no record of your past calls.
