The jio speed in my area is snail slow. I had repeatedly complained to Jio about the problem for the last 1.5 years but without any positive outcome. The speed in my area is like upgraded 2g speed instead of 4g speed. I am continuously recharging with 399 inr pack but in return getting 2g speed. Though Jio knows that this problem of limited network coverage persists yet no action had been taken till date. They only make false promises.
I would request to take some concrete steps so that I get seamless internet connectivity which I have every right on.
