Have received an electricity bill for my residence of an amount of 48,040/- whereas my average bill for years has been around 20,000/- or thereabouts. How do I fight this exorbitant and excessive billing? Where do I file my complaint against the BEST undertaking? My consumer number is : 1000224952.
