Greetings, I am writing this mail to complain about the excessive electricity bill received for the month of June. Even after recording monthly units and sending MAHAVITARAN then paying the bill on a monthly basis, we have received 3.5 times the normal bill.

Our average usage has been 100-120 units a month. This month they have sent us a bill for 629 units.
Their customer care says, we have to pay even if it is their fault.
