The full amount of my loan repayment including interest is Rs. 12193. But they are charging Rs. 27,040 from me including penalty charges. Yes, I had taken the loan initially and not repaid it back, because I was unable to. But if they come to an agreement, I am ready to pay them off the original amount within 3-4 installments or EMI’s. They are sending me legal notices.
