Dear Sir,
First mail was sent on 02 Jun 20 and subsequently 13 email reminders have been sent. Have tweeted but there has been no out come. Mails have been marked to appellate, nodal officer, customer care and the last mail was sent to enterprise. Below are the details of complaint sent on 02 Jun 20.
“We have been receiving heavy bills in the last two billing cycles.
For bill date of 24 Feb 20 billing plans have been shown as 349/499/399/399/399(for five land lines)
For bill date of 25 May 20 and bill before this date billing plans have been showing as 499/599/599/599/599(for five land lines)
We are not able to figure out how the plans have been changed, without our knowledge and we are getting higher bills, our initial plan has been for INR 349 per phone or may be lesser.
Would appreciate that the amount charged in excess be refunded.
Moreover we are getting higher bills even as our office has been closed due to lockdown and otherwise.
It is impossible to get through on call centre numbers.
Regards.
Cdr C P Sharma”
Do hope your interference will resolve the issue.
