Greetings of the day,
This is with reference to Account # $%#^&@* in the name of my mother Mrs. Neelam M. Tanna. I would like to bring to your kind attention the excessive billing received for my account in the month of June for the amount of Rs. 4290/-. I understand that the billing done in the month of June is a cumulative bill with revised units for the past 3 months of lockdown. However I have paid all the bill amount during the lockdown phase as issued by your company.
Primarily, I wish to bring to your kind attention that presently from the month of Feb.20 the unit is used by single occupant with no Electrical applicances/device in the unit except for tube lights & fan. I do not think just Fan & tubelight consumption in the unit in 3 months of which 1.5 months it was completely closed can consume 500 units of pwer (as mentioned in your bill) which in return generate such a whopping amount of Bill for Rs. 4290/- . It does not even average out to the regular usage amount in past so many years. And considering the fact that in so many years my regular bill amount has been at par with the usage, I would request your team to look into the matter & assist me in clearing the incorrect bill. You can check my last 2 months bill as well wherein the bill amount is in the range of Rs. 500/- to Rs. 550/-
I would also like to inform you that due to the pandemic situation I am in no condition to pay this huge amount & hence request you to provide appropriate resolution to the highlighted concern. I will be happy to make the regular payment as I have been making once the issue has been provided due resolution. Looking forward to your kind cooperation & support.
