Hi Respected sir/madam,

I have travelled From bongluru outer ring road toll plaza to Pedda Amberter on 8th December, 2023 and they have charged Rs.30 which is correct. And After 6 hours I returned back on same root, as per standard ORR charges is should be 50% off i.e Rs.15 but they charged me Rs.110. Similar issue I faces 1 month and raised request but till now no response.

They charged me Rs.110 instead of Rs.15 and I am using Paytm Fasttag. I faced similar issue last month, raised request but No response.

Please could someone help me to resolve the issue and take actions on respectively. Please find attached screenshot. It is happening more frequently and I will be happy to share any other information if required.
