On 04-04-20121, I have travelled by vehicle No. KA02 MA 8622 from RGIA Airport to Gachibowli, HYDERABAD. The Shamshabad toll plaza operator told me that fastag system is not operating at the toll plaza and has given me entry ticket which is attached for reference. At the exit Gachibowli toll plaza, an amount of Rs 70/- was deducted (Receipt is attached) instead of Rs. 40/-.
