Dear Sir / Ma’am,
Yesterday, while commuting from Agra to Gurugram, I used the KMP Expressway by entering from Palwal and exiting at Khalilipur Toll Plaza.
The applicable toll amount for this stretch is ₹40/-. However, an incorrect amount of ₹240/- was deducted at 22:04:31, and the same amount was again deducted at 22:04:33 (within a span of 2 seconds).
You are requested to please look into this matter at the earliest and process the necessary refund at the earliest.
