I was looking for some money in loan apps then i came across the app called Eulavt in facebook (advertisement) where in they mentioned that they are giving amount with out charging any interest. I was very interested as i was eagerly looking for money to pay the advance for home which I took recently for rent. When i downloaded the app they asked all my documents like pan card and aadhar card later on with out my consent or signature they have credited 3850 amount to my account and alsing me to repay 7000 rupees. I tried finding their customer support number in app but I couldn’t find any. However I have found email [email protected]. i ahev mailed them twice regarding the concern and it’s been two days from now and now one replied till date. I dont want to repay the whole 7000 as they promised that they are giving amount without any interest and with out my consent or giving any breakup of the emi’s, how much hey are going to credit they just credited the amount which is 3850. Please help me in this.
