I made excess payment of my Airtel bill.Against due amount of 965.41, I made 96541.00 on 23’th Dec’18.
Now,After more than 30 days have passed,my excess payment of 96541.00 is not yet credited in my account.
As asked by Airtel, I have again & again enclosed my HDFC Bank statement for reference of non credit till date on 8’th Jan’19,15’th Jan’19 & Again on 24’th Jan’19.
