I have applied for Visa to Denmark through VFS GLOBAL and have opted for Premium Lounge service. I have paid on line payment of Rs.2959/- on 26.04.2022 (Payment reference No.111483633153 Invoice ID.2004773623). On the day of my interview i.e. 27.04.2022, the representative asked to make a cash payment of Rs.4058/- (Invoice No. 22230DKBOM000596). break up of the payment is as follows as per INVOICE:
VFS FEE WITH BIO: RS.1099.00
PREMIUM LOUNGE: RS.2959.00
On verifying the Invoice it was observed that I have been charged twice for Premium Lounge. After several mails, letters on line complaint till date I have not received any intimation in this regard. Kindly look into the matter and expect an favorable reply for refund of excess paid to VFS GLOBAL MUMBAI at the earliest.
