Am Anitha Mari recently my Phone number was suspended for non payment for post paid, latest I visited Nandidurga Road Branch on 16.10.18, I cleared my dues for Rs.3,240/-. I request to change from postpaid to prepaid & they asked to separate the Airtel family plan no:9740082786 was attached after my request, 8 hrs later it got removed.
Informed Nandidurga Road branch & requested to change my plan again there demanding me pay pay another 655/- ridiculous please help me I can’t afford to pay anything additional.
