I has availed refrigerator repair services from Urban Company & after payment of their online bill, I noticed I hv been overcharged. Over past one week I’m chasing them to pay back the excess money taken from me, they r not responding. It seems they r a FRAUD COMPANY. They don’t have a customer care tel no. for us to contact them. How long can they survive with this strategy??? SHAME
