For my Airtel broadband connection, I have done 6months payments for the prepaid connection. Inspite of making the payments of 4000/- on 19/9/2020 for 6 months, my services were discontinued. I have made fresh payments today in protest in order to restore my connection as I needed for my Meetings. Just because I have changed my plan from 300MBPS to 200MBPS, Airtel is harassing me.
