I had taken a Loan from Aditya Birla Finance, since I was paying higher interest rate I decided to close the Loan. my EMI date was 5th of every month. I closed the Loan on 1st and still my EMI was charged on 5th.
When i called them to refund my Excess EMI, I was told to wait 7 days, then again called another 7 days.
Now it has been 40 days and I am waiting for refund.
this is a fraudulent company, If we pay dont pay EMI on time they will charge us Interest but if they dont pay excess amount on time no interest applicable.
I have never such fraud company, i had same situation with HDFC but without asking without calling, my excess amount came to my account within 2 days.
