Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that,. The excessive electricity charges incurred to consumer, and after highlighting the issue in written, the issue ignored, unidentified. However Electric Meter is dead since Aug 2020. Since than no action after several reminders to Local MSEB team.(Nerul Subdivision NaviMumbai Seawoods).
Further to this with writing reference and ongoing communication; for the excess bill and for the electric Meter Dead issue. Kindly go through attached documents.
The issue is still kept pending since sept-2020, after Writing you and with personal request. The electric charges still charged excessive. Although the meter is dead and My parents are senior citizen and usage average is minimum. Still the authority from MSEB NERUL subdivision dept.is not having attention nor having serious concern on raised complaint.
I would like to request you toato instruct the concern authority do verify through the average usage of last 1 year and charge us appropriately and regenerate the electric bill and charge adequately. However, Kindly fix the Electric Meter as soon as possible to get rid of such issues once for all.
