Customer I’d 2601555000 we have been charged by excess electricity bill then the meter reading since two preceding month of lockdown i.e. April & may April bill was of Rs. 3421 & Rs. 5407 April bill was auto paid by our credit card. Instead of complaining again & again they aren’t resolving our query last complaint no. Was 2020051103445.
