I am a consumer of NBDCL and CA No. is 12920047546. Every month I use to pay electricity bill which is generated by department. In the month of November 2021 excess meter reading 2785 unit is generated which costing Rs. 18000/-. Due to department fault improper billing individual is suffering. Kindly look into matter and settle my bill.
