I am writing on behalf of Sidharth Dilip Chawda.

This is regarding the electricity bill for  June 2020  for account number 152520041 for Adani Electricity.The meter number is 8858772.

 The bill generated has been 15K this month whereas our average billing on monthly basis is between 2-4K(4K max in peak season)

When I called the customer care I was told that for the last two billing cycles,the billing was not on actual but estimate basis.Even if it has been adjustment of previous two months,it is way above the possible value.

We have been using the same number of appliances and there is no increase whatsoever in our consumption on monthly basis.Either the meter is not working currently or there is  miscalculation at your end.Please look into it and let me know how to resolve this issue.
