I am a Tata-Play DTH customer (sub ID 1206796276) since last 7 years. Few days back due to technical problems I lodged complaint for technician visit to my location. Ur technician so visited denied to examine my dish with reason that the location of dish is too high. I would like to mention that dish was installed in that location by one of ur technician in Nov 2020. Notwithstanding to that I again lodged a new complaint with new request to relocate the dish in same address. The technician so came this time advised me not to relocate the same and he resolved the issue. However, later on a sum of Rs. 300 got deducted from my account subsequently I lodged complaint for refund of Rs 300 on 10 Jul 22, but till date my issue is not resolved even after repeated reminders on ur customer service. Now my account has been deactivated and I am forced to recharge afresh. In this forum, I would like to request to get my issue resolved and get my money refunded to my Tata Play account.
