I am using your airtel prepaid service for last many years.
At present, Excess data is being deducted from my internet plan of 1.5 GB per day for the last few days.
It had happened many times earlier also and after making my complaint, it was stopped every time in past.
I am sure that about it, because when I keep my internet closed almost all the day, then how balance shows so less data inmy account day.
Something is definitely wrong and you are requested to leave this kind of cheating AT LEAST FOR MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY, otherwise I will be bound to leave your AIRTEL company services.
