THis is Complaint from Aditya Kumar Choudhary, subscriber of Vi number 9911186145. My monthly package is of Rs.499 including taxes but the bill for the month of April, 22 shows a total due of Rs.659/; In the bill a sum of Rs. 160 has been charged as sms charges. To my knowledge I have not used sms service and therefore the sum of Rs.160 may kindly be deducted from the Bill. I havre already paid Rs. 499 /- as charges for the present. Kindly acknowledge receipt. Request for waiver of the said excess sum of Rs,160.
