I had converted my broadband connection no 01140515704 to plan to Rs 1499.

I had been promised to get two mobile connection free in this plan.

According two sim and two connection provided

Connection number 8692906665 and 8452970865

But sorry to say that I am paying additional monthly rent for 8452970865.

I met with your store representative who told me to pay bill for 8452970865 I had paid all outstanding bill and add said number

But stil I am getting additional bill

You are requested to reverse the excess charge I had paid

And ensure no extra charge billed in my account
