I am using 449/- billing plan from last 5-10 years ago which comes till 520/- and now 579/- were Plan include basic Netflix & Jio hotstar last month also i was charge 180/- and now asking to pay me 1029/-. As I working person just want to keep my mobile no active due to linked to bank and other account like Aadhar card. but found that with out any selection for upgrade from my end jio has create this bill when i called customer care on 15th Jan they explain told me that it is wrongly charges showing for amazon prime and when today call saying different that i have be charged for netflix prime member ship even i have log out my mobile app. I request I want to discontinue with Jio service as observing creating any amount bill from me I just want to keep the number active thats it so please help support to clear this issue on high priority as the bill for 1029/- due date is on 20th Jan 2026 before that I want to continue to other network service with the same no.
