I installed jio fiber in my home on 26th December 2022 and paid for 3 month in advance they charged me full month in just 4 month when I do the query against it they said it is free of cost you don’t have to recharge til 31st march now I am seeing dues in my fiber account feel cheated as they didn’t mention these thing before installation
