I have had an Airtel post-paid connection for a long time. Someone from Airtel itself added the broadband connection to it but that connection has not been activated since when added to the account. many times called customer support but no response. In an emergency that mobile connection got closed, i paid off the bill and even the customer care executive recording is available that they said you pay off this bill on the next bill all those charges will be adjusted but that never happened. We are not asking for free things from AIRTEL at all. Which services are not used those charges should be refunded with a penalty. Attaching here with the person who picked up the broadband/Modem last month. Acknowledgment of couirer person i am uanble to upload it. just for reference i have uploaded the airtel bill.
