I have been complaining about the billing since the new meter was installed back a year or 2 since then we have been complaining about the excess billing, extra charges, borewell charges for which we have asked for more than a year to remove since we dont own a connection, but they just dont seem to care. Now last month they come to my home with lot of people and forcefully ask to pay everything and you have no choice. when complained about these things they were like from next month you wont receive billing like this. So I had to pay 17k. Now this month they have send me a bill of 3k for a single month, 450 for sanity charges, 250 as interest even though there are no previous bills pending, 200 borewell again and 720 as “Other charges” for which I dont even understand what other charges do they want for more than the bill itself. I have been complaining for years now. Now i have no other way than to take this legal route and take it to court if necessary. They have already extorted more than thousands of rupees from me.
