Hey Team,

I am a resident from Sakinaka Pipeline staying in a rented house and my electricity bills have been overcharged and Adani is not ready to help me at all. I have spoken to Adani a couple of times but there is no help from their end. I have spoken to 2 supervisors (Tejas Vishwakarama and Aquib Khan) and all they tell me is that it is still under progress.

My electricity bills have been overcharged and they are not giving me a proper response about my complaint. All I have been said is that I will get an intimation but there is no help provided from their end.

I have excessive bills being charged by Adani and they have replaced my meter as well as per the latest update given to me by the customer support team on 28th September which was also not communicated to me..

Mentioned are the Spocs who are there in office but do not want to come on phone to deal with their customer queries: Manager – Deepak Jhah (Contact Centre – New Mumbai) (Nazia Parveen – HOD Contact Centre – Navi Mumbai)

My electricity bill form last March 2019, was high compared to other bills and then the average bill was between Rs.500 to 700 month. I have received same amount of bill till month of August 2019.

But my Electricity bill for the month of September 2019, is very very high compared to all my earlier bills. My average bill is around Rs. 600/- per month but for the month of September it has come to around 3500 plus and please know that the usage has not changed, no new appliances have been added (2 Fans, 2 Bulbs and One Tubelight with a fridge is all I have in my house).

You are requested to kindly look in to the matter at the earliest coz Adani is not ready to help me at all and your early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.
