Airtel bills roaming charges on two phones where no roaming has been availed. They dismiss query without actually resolving and deleting excess bill. After vehemently following up they delete the charge orally and i pay less amount, next month again bill shows two months roaming charges and outstanding to be paid. such a fraud and disorganised practices in such companies where customers are cleverly overcharged and if customers do not check bill, they are openly looted. also they are so disorganied – while billing no due diligence, and for correcting mistakes (or deliberate charges) they take days and days to check for nothing!
