Hello sir,
I am using 15 corporate numbers of vodafone since more than 5 years, i have lodged complains various number of times at your vsm support Lucknow for exceeded bill i have received for Febuary because of plan change to my 13 numbers.
The plans were 150/- which has changed to 299/- without notice.
i’ve lodged complain for this and requested to waive 130/- extra which has been billed, but voda representative named Kopal whom i’ve talked rejected my request.
because of which i’ve not paid bills of my 11 numbers and the numbers have been suspended.
Each 11 numbers has an over charging of 130+250 late payment fee i.e 380/-, if total of rupees 380*11= 4180/- will be waived from my bills i will continue your service or else i’ve no option left rather to switch.
