My mobile No. is 9953255005. I received a bill today for Rs. 1222.40 wherein I have a plan of Rs. 749. The bill shows an outstanding amount of Rs. 327.96 as one time charges. To the best of my knowledge, I have paid every penny of the last bill and there is no such pending amount. I am surprised to see this one time charge. Kindly check what is this? Why Airtel Inflates bills of its customers. Also kindly let me know the exact amount of bill to be paid to avoid late payment because for that also Airtel is charging Rs. 120/- more. Lat date for payment of bill is 2.11.2019. You are requested to reply before that.
