Text of Complaint by Alok Saxena:

Dear Sir,
With due respect (although you people don’t deserve it),this is regarding one of my airtel postpaid mobile number 7302592795.I am using this number for the past few months, although I had been a fully satisfied and happy airtel user since 2009 (9557055925).But,I don’t think any such things matter to you.
Anyways, let me come straight to the point. For the last two months approximately, the postpaid plan of 399 is active on this number and before that it was 499 (you can go through the records).I don’t understand how the bill of Rs.1060.20 was raised on 6th january 2019 which I paid without thinking much about it and again a bill of 1060.02 was raised on 6th february 2019.
Now,when I called 121 today at 19.17,one of your female executive responded, took notice of my grievance and clearly admitted that the bill was wrongly exceeded and she would soon get extra amount waved off and saying so,she handed over my call to her supervisor Sarabjeet Singh, who must have been the worst of your supervisors. He checked all my records and told me that I had used too much data and that is the reason for the bill and the bill on part of airtel is totally correct and its me who is at fault. He was such a hostile and reckless fellow. Can you please tell me how can that be…when :
60 GB unused data was added to my account on 5th february 2019 (sms received on 05/02/2019 at 07.19) and prior to that
40 GB unused data was added on 5th january 2019 (sms received on 05/01/2019 at 00.01) and
20 GB unused data was added on 5th december (sms received on 05/12/2018 at 02.54)
Now,you can clearly see that every month the unused data is increasing,so how can you say that I am overusing the data.
Now,can you please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest including some strict disciplinary action against your supervisor…?
