I am travelling international and have not activated any packs , but to a shocker i have received a bill of 6100 INR , when checked with customer support they are claiming that i have used data and have activated 649 without my consent , also please see attached response from Customer Support , they are claiming without pack my bill would have been around 6Lakhs , are they threatening customer to pay bill , i need this to be addressed and correct my billing amount.
