Can i get the proper date from which date i have used extra data pack till what date . This absolutely fraud i will raise a complain against this because the information u had given is absolutely wrong as per your saying i had used excess of 21 gb. Kindly give me the proper justification that i had used excess data of 21 gb from which date to which date. And as per my billing cycle from which date my free 20 gb date starts . In this covid -19 situation you are doing injustice to people and giving excess amount of bill . You think we all people are fool i have all records that the bill cycle is absolutley wrong and explanation u have provided is fake . Kindly give me a clear picture of this bill i will raise this issue . Actually it was better when it was on idea cellular by getting merged in Vodafone it is very bad network problem data problem, it is very problematic. Kindly revert as soon as possible.
