I made excess payment for my postpaid number 9632397922 on the pretext of clearing all the outstanding bills as of 6-12-2018. I actually wanted to migrate to prepaid connection. So the airtel center asked me clear all outstanding bills. Since the payment was not reflecting in the system, I tried alternate modes to pay the bill. That was the reason for excess payment. Now the number is migrated to prepaid, but my excess amount is not refunded. Please give back my money. See the details of the excess amount transaction:
