his mail is regarding my Sep2022 bill amount Rs4432.04 is to high , generally i use to get an average of around Rs2500 per month.
During the month of September From 19th to 27th i had travelled to Guwahati, Shillong, Meghalaya and Cherrapunji with my family and friends which are north east part of India, will with in INDIA.
To My Surprise i received the bill amount of Rs4432.04 , when enquired your team told that i had travelled to Bangladesh so the international pack was activated for which Rs2500 is charged in my Sep2022 Bill.
Your team assured me that they will investigate the issue Ref.No: C004-138131560041 dated 10-10-2022 07:44:00 PM, nothing has been resolved till now.
I personally call on 199 and 198 V care and your executive told me that the investigating officer has rejected my request saying that i had traveled to Bangladesh , for which i even told them that i can prove by providing my PASSPORT and other travel document that i have not travelled any where out side INDIA , in spite of this your team is saying since it a international border area ,international pack has been activated so the company has charged accordingly.
