I have jio postpaid sim 9899982658. Now I have Rs.199plan. Last bill was generated on 6July of 234.91Rs. Its overdue period was 23 July. I made the payment of Rs.234 on 21July. Now in current month on 6 Aug new bill is generated and they have added overdue charges of Rs.84.74 +18% tax. I complained 3 to 4 times but no solution was given from jio team. Yesterday I registered again complain for this and they confirmed that within 48hours they will short out this issue. Now today morning on 14 Aug I received SMS that I have crossed my maximum limit and my SMS,call and internet facilities are barred. Now I am also unable to contact Jio person to report the issue due to call barred.
