I have taken a plan of Rs. 999 but Bill is not coming as per PLAN .
This month again a bill of Rs.2150 had come .I have paid Rs. 1020 as per my bill plan . PLEASE WAVE OF 1000 Rs. extra charged in this Bill.
As requested please do provided by AIRTEL because it has not been working for the last six months. Regarding this Request abeen given in Feb 2020 and action has been taken in End of May 2020 .The dongle provided by Airtel is not working. Regarding this same complaints have been made to 121 and Airtel office at sector 4 gurgaon but instrument is not available from last 3 months. Please replace a Dongle instrument at free of cost.
Excess billing is coming because of Extra no. 9971152972 Your representative in Feb 2020 had ensured the disconnection of service of 9971152972 but the bill has been coming from feb 2020.
I am a very old airtel customer. PLEASE WAVE OF 1000 Rs. extra charged in this Bill. Please wave off excess charges and take necessary action accordingly.
