Hi,
I have been using Airtel Postpaid (Chennai) for more than a year now. In the current month cycle, i have been charged heftly for attending/receiving a call from Webex Meeting number.
I have told customer service that i didn’t make this call and i just attended the call for my office purpose. Their answers were not convincing and was told that all webex/skype calls are charged.
Without any communication, how can i be charged for attending a call. Since i am not ready to make this payment until i get a concrete answer, they have barred my number. I am facing lot of other issues in not having the phone number active.
Can you help to address this problem.
