I’ve paid my total bill in July month then suddenly I got a bill in the month of August amounting to 10k extra after calling CS they gave a very stupid answer that meter was not working for 5 months. My monthly bill doesn’t exceed 2.5k and you have made a calculation of 4.5k monthly average that is absolutely wrong calculation.

Please reverse asap.
