1. Dear sir I am prasanna kumar I have an issue on ur service actually I have changed my prepaid to post paid in the plan of 499 so that I have done the wrong thing which I have a problem met an accident so that I have dueeeee so that..when I am paying it shows 3000 amount on bill I have contacted the customer care they dont even listen to my problem
