Sub : Regarding excess bill charged
Dear Sir / Madam
I got a very excess bill which is not accepted this time. There is no change in the appliances we use at our residence. It is all and the same so why is there such a inflation. The bill appears to be inflated as I know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill. Our all previous bill were not so high as it is currently sent to us including the lockdown months bill. The same case happened in the past months till the month of Nov -19 for which pls find attached below the email for your reference where it was accepted that the meter was not in a good condition because of which reading man use to take wrong reading and we have to pay the excess amount, but if this is the case we are at loss everytime and its really a bad situation where because of your company’s mistake we have to bear the cost. This time it is really very sad as we have to make the same complaint again for excess bill.
I request you to please look into this matter seriously and if required send a person for proper investigation. Request you to consider the earlier case where we have already bear the cost unnecessarily and paid excess in all the bills till Nov – 2019. It will be great if you can send us a revised amount that we actually have to pay.
I appreciate it if this matter of excess billing is resolved at the earliest.
