Hi this is prem chand konjeti .

Now am in Thailand I activated international Roaming through customer care for unlimited incoming package. They activated my pack in January 13 th 2021 .the monthly package is 2499 or 2999 they said but same time from Jan 18 onwards few days they activated daily package 900 per day for one day incoming free without my concern

Already am in unlimited incoming free package at that same time they activated another package unnecessarily

Am mailing to airtel from few weeks but no one responding

I got call from customer care for payment of my excess bill I explained what’s happening in my bill. He can’t able to answer me and disconnected my call

Now they disconnected my out going call now am in Thailand

Am not able to contact to anyone please help me
