Text of Complaint by Bhanurekha:

  1. On 20/06/2021 an online appointment was made for renewal of passport and an amt of 3000/- debited from my account

  2. The actual fee is Rs.1500,
  3. The passportseva portal took me to this portal. While choosing the payment mode, I have ticked debit card as an option for payment,
  4. Post payment of Rs.3000, an sms received with detail of order no 441143077 and transaction I’d CFB_1624167056.
  5. Later in the day received a message from AX-TCSPSK Confirming the receipt of Rs.1500 and the appointment scheduled on 30/6/21.
  6. I have raised complaint/grivence with passport seva kendra.
  7. Passport sevakendra has replied stating I have raise this issue with cybercrime and the nodal officer.

Request the excess debit charged by PASFAR TECHNOLOGIES PVT , BANGALORE  be brought to books and refund order be made in my favour.

In addition, PASFAR TECHNOLOGIES PVT , BANGALORE be delinked from passport sevaportal for all payment related issues and be blocked permanently.
