Dear Sir – I had travelled from Ghatkesar to Shamirpet vide trip number 964279994 and deducted Rs. 40/- towards Toll charges and with in Half n hour again I returned the same route from Shamirpet to Ghatkesar in ORR vide trip number 964557515 on 4th June but the actual toll for the return journey is Rs. 20/-. But from my Fasttag it was deducted Rs. 80/- and i am here with attaching the screen shots which i had received from on line. we had tried to contact the toll free number but it is not working.

No street lights on since last three months and still the same continuing. It’s horrible to drive these days at night time due to heavy fog. Please consider the complaint and do the needful.
