On 22/03/2021 i purchased a Fastag chip from your shop at Bahu Plaza, Jammu, near Railway Station Jammu. The person on the counter namely some Eshan took Rs.600/- from me and said after deduction of registration fee the remaining amount will be kept in your (me) wallet. On reaching home i checked on your web sight the Fastag costs Rs.400/- only. I have sent several mails to you on 121@in.airtel.com and wecare@airtelbank.com repeatedly from 23/03/2021 to 30/04/2021 which acknowledged under Case: 9204088, 9218850, 9247317, 9230064, 9340571, 9604450 and 9269623, respectively. It was every time ensured by you that the matter will be solved in 14 days, then 48 hours and 24 hours. Always lying and made a fun of it. If you don’t like to ask your employee as to why he committed such type of cheating and you don’t want to refund my excess amount , then tell me likewise, so that i may go to initiate some legal proceedings against the concerned person and against you as well.
