Hello I am Rajkiran Sake from Hyderabad Telangana India. Recently I bought a laptop through Kotak Mahindra Bank under EMI Payment. A couple of weeks ago I got my EMI payment date due to some financial problems I have paid the EMI amount manually, then they have generated a receipt through SMS, after that day I have deposited an amount of 11,000 INR in my account, and Kotak Mahindra Bank guys again Deducted the EMI amount, even after sending so many mails to them , no resolution has been done till date. In this Pandemic Situation I am much worried to run my Family. Please do the needful I am exhausted and vexed Completely by sending mails to Kotak.
