Sir, This is to inform you that mytmy mobile number is 9732036607 , operator is Airtel and I have recharged a mobile number 9851398509 from Airtel thanks app. For the purpose I have debited Rs. 19 from bank account, but excess Rs.19*4=Rs.76 has been deducted from my bank account.
I have informed the same to Airtel customer care, but their customer support is very bad. They do not respond on time. They just pass the reporting times and then they deny to act as per customer requirements.
So please take necessary action to credit the excess deducted amount to my bank account.
